Background

Chloe has no recollection of her parents, and doesn't know where she was born. She was raised by Altena since she was very young, and views her as a mother. During her childhood, there were few other children around, so in that sense she was isolated.

She intends to become an Auror. However, the purpose of an Auror in Britain is much different from the one she is accustomed to. Where in Britain, their purpose is hunting Dark wizards, Chloe has lived in Andorra for most of her life. There, the purpose of Aurors is to hunt those that would oppose the wizard government, and there are no qualms about using magic considered Dark elsewhere to achieve this. Understandably, she keeps silent about this.

While she has rarely involved herself in disagreements, and is, on the surface, quietly friendly, Chloe has managed to stay remarkably distant from her schoolmates. Very rigid in her views, she sees little need to impose them upon others. Slowly, she is opening to other points of view; however, there is a lifetime of ideas indescribable to anyone who has not lived them barring this from happening easily.
